Integrity Due Diligence & Screening Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Integrity Due Diligence & Screening Specialist to join a prominent Abu Dhabi‑based government entity. You will conduct integrity checks, background screenings and due‑diligence reviews at key stages of public and commercial engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct integrity screening on prospective contractors, suppliers and service providers prior to contract award, assessing reputational, legal, regulatory and ethical risks.
• Implement comprehensive due‑diligence procedures for entities and individuals during registration/onboarding, using OSINT, commercial databases and internal tools to screen for sanctions, adverse media, PEPs, conflicts of interest and criminal affiliations.
• Perform periodic and ad‑hoc integrity monitoring of existing stakeholders, track adverse media, and collaborate with compliance, audit and investigations teams on follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Criminology, Business Administration, International Relations or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in integrity due diligence, compliance, investigations or related fields within government, financial institutions or multinational corporations.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with due‑diligence databases such as World‑Check, LexisNexis and Dow Jones Risk & Compliance.
• Strong analytical, research and report‑writing abilities, with high attention to detail and discretion handling confidential information.
