Interior Designer – BIM & Sustainable Design

About the role

As an Interior Designer at Archcorp you will lead high‑profile interior projects across Dubai and the wider UAE, delivering innovative, sustainable solutions that meet the latest 2025 regulations. The role combines creative design development with advanced BIM workflows and client‑focused communication.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through construction, ensuring timelines, budgets and 2025 UAE regulatory compliance.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards and space plans that incorporate the Al Sa’fat Green Building System and Dubai Green Building Regulations.
• Create detailed 3D BIM models and construction drawings using Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud, adhering to ISO 19650 standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers through a Common Data Environment to resolve design issues.
• Engage clients with VR/AR visualisations (Enscape, Twinmotion) and present design proposals.
• Select sustainable materials, finishes and fixtures that meet aesthetic and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation and obtain approvals from Dubai Municipality, Trakhees and other authorities.
• Mentor junior designers and promote BIM and AI‑driven design practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing interior design projects in the UAE or similar markets.
• Strong understanding of 2025 UAE building codes, BIM mandates and green building standards.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and multidisciplinary coordination.
