Interior Designer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Interior Designer to join our multidisciplinary team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves guiding projects from concept through construction documentation, FF&E coordination, and client presentations, ensuring innovative and functional design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interior design scope across diverse project types, aligning design with client objectives.
• Develop space plans, concept designs, and programming documents.
• Prepare project schedules, deliverables, and construction documentation.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to obtain design approvals.
• Oversee FF&E selection, specifications, and budgeting.
• Supervise and mentor junior designers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining design intent and deadlines.
• Support the creation of design proposals and presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional interior design experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
• Proven leadership, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to act confidently and decisively.
