Interior Designer & Product Manager

About the role

Arteco Ceramics is seeking an Interior Designer/Product Manager to lead and grow its design department while supporting sales initiatives. The role combines creative design leadership with hands‑on sales support to enhance showroom displays and client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the structure and performance of the design department, ensuring efficiency and success.
• Recruit and mentor draftsmen and interior designers to build a capable team.
• Manage the design team to deliver client‑required drawings, documentation, measurements and feedback on schedule.
• Design and refresh showroom displays to attract customers and boost sales.
• Create concept designs for clients using company materials in the most effective way.
• Assist the sales team and conduct direct customer sales when needed.
• Improve render and drawing quality through training and skill development.

Required profile

• Fluency in Russian (must).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Minimum three years of experience in furniture, kitchen, or building‑materials industry.
• Strong ability to discuss and plan designs with clients.

Required skills

• AutoCAD
• 3Ds Max (or comparable 3D rendering software)
