Interior Designer & Product Manager (UAE)

About the role

Arteco Ceramics is seeking an Interior Designer/Product Manager to lead the design department, create compelling showroom displays and support sales activities across its luxury porcelain tile and sanitary ware portfolio in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the structure and performance of the design department, ensuring timely delivery of client‑focused designs, documentation and measurements.
• Recruit and manage draftsmen and interior designers to build a capable team.
• Develop and maintain showroom displays that attract customers and drive sales.
• Conceptualise and propose design solutions that maximise the use of company materials.
• Assist the sales team and conduct direct customer sales when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in furniture, kitchen or building‑materials industry.
• Fluent in English and proficient in Russian (must).
• Strong communication skills and ability to discuss design concepts with clients.

Required skills

• AutoCAD
• 3Ds Max (or similar 3D rendering software)
• Other rendering software
