Interior Designer – Residential & Luxury Projects

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Interior Designer or Senior Interior Designer to lead end‑to‑end design execution for residential and luxury villa projects in Dubai. The role involves translating client concepts into execution‑ready designs and coordinating with project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, mood boards and space‑planning layouts for residential and luxury interiors.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings including layout plans, electrical and lighting schematics, ceiling and flooring layouts, and joinery/furniture details.
• Create high‑quality 3D visualisations and renders to present to clients and incorporate feedback.
• Interact with clients to understand requirements, budget and preferences, managing expectations throughout the design phase.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams and vendors, conduct site visits and resolve on‑site design challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of interior design experience, with at least 2 years in the Dubai/UAE market.
• Experience in residential or luxury interior projects is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max (V‑Ray/Corona) and Revit.
• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Expertise in space planning, material selection, joinery detailing and custom furniture design.
• Lighting design, ceiling detailing and BOQ preparation.
• Knowledge of Dubai authority approvals (DCD, DM, Trakhees) and local vendors.
