Interior Engineer – Luxury Yachts

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Interior Engineer to join a well‑established luxury yacht builder in Ras Al‑Khaimah. This hands‑on position covers the entire interior development lifecycle, from concept design through production and on‑board installation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 3D models and 2D technical drawings for interior furniture and components.
• Oversee workshop production, ensuring accurate technical documentation.
• Support and coordinate on‑board installation activities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and production teams.
• Drive continuous improvements in materials selection and execution methods.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience using SolidWorks.
• Strong background in interior outfitting, furniture, or yacht interiors.
• Ability to balance design intent with technical feasibility.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent English communication skills.
