Interior Fit-Out Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Interior Fit-Out Supervisor to lead daily site operations, coordinate contractors, manage procurement and ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior fit‑out and renovation activities.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
• Handle material procurement, purchasing and timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress, quality and deadlines.
• Read and understand technical drawings and site specifications.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and report site progress.
• Resolve technical and site‑related issues efficiently.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of UAE experience in interior fit‑out projects.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong technical knowledge of interior fit‑out works, including MEP, joinery, gypsum, flooring and finishing.
• Experience in procurement and supplier coordination.
• Ability to independently manage subcontractors and site activities.
• Good communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of site safety and quality standards.
