International Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial International Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of a professional haircare brand into new markets worldwide. You will own the full sales cycle, build a network of distributors, and turn international ambition into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new international markets, distributors and strategic partners.
• Build, manage and energize a network of distributors across multiple countries.
• Support partners in executing local commercial strategies and monitor performance.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation through negotiation to signed contract.
• Unlock sustainable commercial opportunities in both new and existing markets.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and education teams to align efforts.
• Coordinate logistics, customs and contractual aspects of export operations.
• Represent the brand at international trade fairs, exhibitions and industry events.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of proven sales experience in national or export markets within the haircare/beauty industry.
• Collaborative, KPI‑driven mindset with a team‑player attitude.
• Natural curiosity about international markets and a solution‑oriented approach.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills to build trust across teams, cultures and geographies.
• Comfort with technical tools for reporting and collaboration.
