International Financial Planner – HNW Clients

About the role

A fast-growing wealth management and alternative investments brokerage, founded in 2018 and headquartered on the QE2 in Dubai with a presence in London, is hiring an International Financial Planner. The firm connects clients directly with C-level executives and investment providers and serves over 1,200 investors across the UAE, Gulf, UK and Europe. The role is based in Dubai and focuses on HNW and UHNW clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients across Dubai and the MENA region
• Present exclusive alternative investment opportunities and give clear, informed financial guidance
• Use your existing client network to bring new prospects to the firm
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and performance
• Work with an international team of brokers, senior leadership and investment partners

Required profile

• 7-10 years' experience in financial advisory, wealth management or investment brokerage
• Strong existing client base with average investment sizes of USD 30,000+
• Experience in alternative investments, private equity or private markets
• Proven success in business development and client relationship management
• Minimum of 3 years of client-facing experience in wealth management or life insurance advisory, with recognised investment qualifications (e.g. CISI, CII)
• Based in the MENA region; Dubai preferred

Required skills

• Relevant financial advisory qualifications such as MiFID II or equivalent (advantageous)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to advise sophisticated investors
