International Students Service Coordinator

About the role

The International Students Service Coordinator supports the College of Graduate Studies by managing all administrative aspects of international student life. This full‑time position ensures smooth visa processing, health‑insurance enrollment, housing allocation, and transportation logistics for incoming and current students.

Key responsibilities

• Process visa applications and coordinate with the Immigration office.
• Handle health‑insurance documentation and enrollment for international students.
• Arrange on‑campus and off‑campus housing, including contracts and room assignments.
• Organize airport pick‑up and transport for academic and professional activities.
• Provide day‑to‑day assistance and resolve issues raised by international students.
• Collect, analyse, and report data and statistics for internal presentations.
• Support the College of Graduate Studies on matters related to graduate‑level international students.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum one year of experience in an administrative role.
• Prior experience in student services or university administration is preferred.
• Experience with graduate education administration is desirable.
• Strong collaborative attitude and good communication skills.
