About the role
Our client, a single‑manager hedge fund focused on systematic strategies, is launching trading from the ADGM and needs an experienced Investment Operations Manager to lead the middle office and operations function.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee trade execution and settlement across multiple asset classes.
- Conduct performance analysis and ensure accurate regulatory reporting.
- Manage technology infrastructure and systematic trading systems.
- Coordinate vendor relationships and service level agreements.
- Build and shape the middle‑office structure from the ground up.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of trade operations experience within a systematic strategy at a hedge fund or sophisticated family office.
- Experience across multi‑asset strategies is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead middle‑office processes.
