Investment Operations Manager – Systematic Hedge

About the role

Our client, a single‑manager hedge fund focused on systematic strategies, is launching trading from the ADGM and needs an experienced Investment Operations Manager to lead the middle office and operations function.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee trade execution and settlement across multiple asset classes.
• Conduct performance analysis and ensure accurate regulatory reporting.
• Manage technology infrastructure and systematic trading systems.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and service level agreements.
• Build and shape the middle‑office structure from the ground up.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of trade operations experience within a systematic strategy at a hedge fund or sophisticated family office.
• Experience across multi‑asset strategies is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and lead middle‑office processes.
