Investment Product Lead

About the role
This senior position leads the strategy, roadmap, design, development and launch of du Pay's investment product proposition. It sits at the intersection of product, investments, technology, partnerships, commercial strategy and regulation. The role is highly entrepreneurial and hands‑on, with an immediate priority to bring the first investment products to market within six months.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for investment offerings.
- Conduct customer research and product design to shape market‑ready solutions.
- Select and negotiate with licensed asset managers, financial institutions, brokers, custodians, fintechs and other infrastructure partners.
- Structure commercial agreements and ensure regulatory alignment.
- Integrate technology platforms and oversee product development.
- Launch products and manage post‑launch optimisation and performance monitoring.
