Investor Relations Officer

About the role

Gulf Nav is looking for an Investor Relations Officer based in Dubai, UAE. The role covers investor communication, preparation of public disclosures and coordination of investor events, working closely with finance, legal and executive teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement investor relations strategies and communication plans.
• Prepare announcements to the market, authorities and investors.
• Serve as the main point of contact for investors, shareholders, analysts and financial institutions.
• Prepare investor presentations, annual reports, press releases and other financial communication materials.
• Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, roadshows and stakeholder events.
• Monitor market trends, shareholder activity and competitor performance.
• Support fundraising initiatives, investment proposals and due diligence.
• Collaborate with finance, legal and executive teams on accurate and timely disclosure.
• Maintain investor databases and communication records, and prepare reports for senior management on investor feedback and market perception.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and disclosure requirements and help enhance the company's corporate image.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA, ACCA, IR certification) is also listed.
• 5-10 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, banking or related fields.
• Experience with publicly listed companies or investment entities is preferred.
• Very good knowledge of Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets and investment principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools.
