IP Project Manager

About the role

Ultimate HR Solutions is hiring an IP Project Manager for a leading technology and telecommunications organization in Dubai. The role manages IP networking and cybersecurity solution opportunities, working with customers, sales, engineering and technical teams to turn requirements into network solutions, proposals and commercial offers, from initial need through contract closure.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and develop end-to-end IP network solutions
• Prepare High-Level Designs (HLDs), BoQs, quotations and technical proposals
• Manage the pre-sales and solution development process from opportunity identification to contract award
• Meet customers to understand their technical and business needs, and run presentations, technical discussions and solution workshops
• Work with sales, engineering and technical teams to develop and position solutions
• Support pricing, commercial proposals, revenue improvement and negotiations
• Carry out product, technology, competitor and market analysis
• Keep up to date with IP networking, cybersecurity and ICT technologies and identify relevant solutions for customers

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT, telecommunications, networking or a related technology industry
• Proven experience in network solution design and pre-sales, including direct work with customers on requirements, proposals and presentations

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of IP networking and cybersecurity, including routing and switching, MPLS / VPLS, IP VPN, firewalls, EDR and endpoint security, and enterprise and service-provider networks
• BoQ preparation, pricing, commercial solutions and proposal development
• Certifications such as HCIE, HCNP, HCNA, CCIE, CCNP or CCNA are an advantage
• Analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and presentation skills, and ability to manage several opportunities at once
