IT Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated IT Engineer to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality technical support to clients, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operation of business‑critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients and end‑users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, servers, printers and other IT equipment.
• Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, email systems and business applications.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, firewalls and VPN connections.
• Manage user accounts, password resets and access permissions.
• Monitor client infrastructure, perform health checks and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with backup, cybersecurity, disaster recovery and server solutions.
• Document issues, solutions and system configurations.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims and technical support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or relevant IT certification.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi).
• Experience troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers and servers.
• Customer‑focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
