IT & Network Support Engineer

About the role

STYLI Marketplace is seeking a proactive IT & Network Support Engineer to join its Dubai office. You will be the first point of contact for end‑user technology needs while managing the company’s office IT and network infrastructure. The role combines day‑to‑day user support with hands‑on administration of network devices, Google Workspace and security tools.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for IT queries, triaging, troubleshooting and resolving incidents across hardware, software and connectivity.
• Provide desktop, laptop and peripheral support for Windows and macOS, including imaging, configuration and ongoing maintenance.
• Manage the ticketing queue, ensuring requests are logged, prioritised and closed within agreed SLAs.
• Handle onboarding and off‑boarding processes, provisioning devices, creating accounts and de‑provisioning access.
• Create and maintain knowledge‑base articles, FAQs and how‑to guides to promote self‑service.
• Administer office network infrastructure, including switches, routers, access points, firewalls and VPN connections.
• Maintain Google Workspace, endpoint management, patching and security solutions such as EDR and antivirus.

Required profile

• 3 to 6 years of experience in IT support and network administration.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
