IT Operations Engineer

About the role

AI71 is looking for an IT Operations Engineer to serve as the backbone of daily technical operations. You will support a growing, globally distributed team across physical offices and remote locations, ensuring a seamless, secure technology experience for all employees, including senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tier‑1 to tier‑2 support for Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints.
• Deliver high‑touch, white‑glove support to C‑level executives and VP leadership.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding processes for a flawless “Day 1” experience.
• Maintain modern meeting‑room AV setups, hybrid collaboration tools, and office network printers.
• Apply ITIL best practices to incident, problem, change, and request management.
• Track and audit hardware, software licenses, and SaaS allocations.
• Oversee cloud‑first infrastructure, ensuring uptime, security, and scalability.
• Administer Google Workspace (Apps, Admin Console, MDM, Identity) and support Microsoft 365/Azure services.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and automate workflows using scripting tools.

Required profile

• ITIL certification or equivalent experience with IT service management.
• Solid experience supporting Windows and macOS environments; Linux exposure is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud and directory services such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory/IdP concepts.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on automation and process improvement.
