IT Procurement Specialist – Part‑Time

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Procurement Specialist to join our team on a part‑time basis. The role supports sales and project teams by managing the end‑to‑end procurement of IT hardware, software licences and related services across the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Receive RFQs and procurement requests from sales and technical teams.
• Source IT hardware, software licences, subscriptions and services.
• Obtain and compare quotations from UAE distributors and suppliers.
• Validate that proposed products meet technical and commercial requirements.
• Suggest alternatives when requested items are unavailable.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties and delivery schedules.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain records in Odoo.
• Track orders, deliveries, licences, warranties and supplier actions.
• Coordinate shipments, calculate freight, customs, VAT and landed costs.
• Maintain supplier records, price history and liaise with finance on invoices.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in IT procurement, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong practical knowledge of IT hardware such as laptops, desktops, servers, storage, networking equipment, firewalls, surveillance systems, UPS and communication devices.
• Familiarity with the UAE distribution market and local vendors.
