IT Product Delivery Manager – Web & Mobile

As the IT Product Delivery Manager – Web & Mobile, you will lead product and delivery teams to define, build and operate high‑quality web and mobile solutions that meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing operation, defining vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Lead technical product, delivery and solution architecture teams to design, develop and implement features on time and within budget.
• Provide end‑to‑end delivery accountability, managing demand, scope, schedule, budget and risk across the portfolio.
• Use data and metrics to monitor performance, inform roadmaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop long‑term investment plans, advise finance stakeholders and manage product budgets from investment to operations.
• Build and coach high‑performance cross‑functional teams, ensuring resource allocation and career development.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in product, program and project management, preferably with certifications (e.g., SAFe, PMI).
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale technology products for B2C, B2B or B2E environments.
• Extensive people‑management experience leading sizeable delivery functions.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and coaching abilities.
• Experience in vendor management and strategic partnership development.
