IT Program Manager - Infrastructure

About the role

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead large‑scale infrastructure programs across cloud, data centre and networking environments. The role involves overseeing multiple workstreams, ensuring governance, and delivering results on time and within budget.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in IT program/project management with a focus on infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale, multi‑project programmes in cloud (Azure, AWS, OCI) and data‑centre environments.
• Strong knowledge of program governance, RAID management, budgeting, resource planning and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor and cross‑functional team management skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
• Native English speakers or British passport holders preferred.
