IT Project Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a leading financial brokerage firm operating in the UAE and UK. The IT Project Manager will join a cross‑border team to drive end‑to‑end delivery of new technology features, trading platforms and CRM enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor IT projects throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Define clear objectives, timelines and KPIs, and track progress using JIRA dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate implementation of brokerage technology platforms, including trading systems and CRM, with internal IT teams and external vendors.
• Maintain project governance, budgeting and compliance with financial regulatory authorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in financial services or brokerage environments.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms and CRM systems within a regulated setting.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Required skills

• Proficiency with JIRA for planning, tracking and reporting.
• Knowledge of PMP methodologies and project governance.

What we offer

• Competitive salary AED 12,000 – 15,000 per month.
• Permanent contract based in Dubai.
