IT Sales Executive - Fleet Management Solutions

About the role

SamTech ME Group is looking for a motivated IT Sales Executive to drive the sales of its fleet management and technology solutions across the UAE. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored IT and telematics solutions to corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and generate new business for GPS tracking, telematics, fleet analytics and vehicle monitoring systems.
• Engage clients through meetings, presentations and product demos to understand their operational needs.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and tender responses in coordination with technical and operations teams.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to market expansion.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to refine sales strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of proven experience in IT, B2B or technology solutions sales.
• Experience in fleet management, telematics or automotive technology is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
