IT Sales Executive

About the role

Masaood Technology Services (Mtech) is an IT distributor looking for a proactive B2B IT Sales Executive to develop business accounts, acquire new customers and grow profitable sales across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach businesses, resellers, schools, government organisations and corporate procurement teams.
• Generate sales opportunities through calls, emails, visits, referrals and networking.
• Prepare accurate quotations, respond to RFQs and tenders, and follow up to secure purchase orders.
• Negotiate within approved pricing, margin and payment terms, and coordinate order fulfilment.
• Maintain CRM records, submit pipeline reports and achieve sales, gross‑profit and new‑customer targets.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B IT hardware sales, preferably with an IT distributor or reseller.
• Working knowledge of major IT brands, product specifications and wholesale pricing.
• Strong communication in professional English; Arabic or French is an advantage.
• Established network in the UAE market and familiarity with procurement processes.
