IT Support Engineer

About the role

The position is with a leading IT Support Service Provider in the UAE, offering full‑time permanent employment on the company payroll in Dubai. You will provide technical support to client organisations across a range of IT infrastructure components.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, manage and maintain Windows Server OS environments for client infrastructure.
• Set up, configure and manage network devices such as firewalls (preferably Fortigate), routers and wireless access points.
• Deploy, manage and troubleshoot endpoint security, email security and backup solutions (experience with Acronis Cyber Security preferred).
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint and Intune, as well as Google Workspace environments.
• Perform Windows desktop OS setup and troubleshooting on client endpoints and support network‑connected devices like printers and scanners.

Required profile

• Professionals currently based in the UAE on a work or visit visa.
• Demonstrated experience with the tools and technologies listed in the key responsibilities.
