About the role
Provide first‑line ICT support through the MCME service desk or onsite at business units, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues for Mediclinic Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and classify requests using diagnostic techniques and Cherwell.
- Determine the best solution based on issue details and customer input.
- Escalate unresolved issues promptly to the next support level.
- Maintain service records and resolutions in the IT Service Management tool.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, ICT or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in an ICT support environment.
- ITIL v3 Foundations certification is an advantage.
Required skills
- First‑line hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Cherwell and IT service management tools.
- Understanding of ITIL processes for Incident, Change, Problem and Request management.
- Ability to complete necessary documentation.
