IT Support Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Lead to join an international energy and shipping group based in Dubai. The role blends hands‑on technical support with team coordination, covering end‑user assistance, equipment and account management, and troubleshooting across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Purchase, configure and deploy laptops, mobile phones, monitors and other user equipment.
• Set up and administer user accounts and Microsoft Office 365.
• Install and support software on Windows, macOS, Android and iOS devices.
• Maintain office telecom equipment and liaise with vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Lead and coordinate a small team of 3–4 IT specialists.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Help Desk or IT Support.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory.
• Experience with corporate antivirus/security solutions and Windows Server 2016‑2019.
• Knowledge of telecom equipment and Microsoft Office administration.
• Fluent in English and Russian; Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
