Joinery Factory Manager – Dubai

About the role

Revive Renovation is seeking an experienced Joinery Factory Manager to lead both the workshop production and on‑site installation of joinery for fit‑out, interior and landscaping projects across Dubai. The role combines factory planning, quality assurance and logistics with hands‑on supervision of installation teams to ensure timely delivery and high‑quality finish.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee daily factory production to meet project deadlines.
• Review technical and shop drawings to ensure accurate manufacturing.
• Monitor material usage, control wastage and coordinate raw‑material procurement.
• Enforce quality‑control standards across cutting, assembly and finishing stages.
• Maintain factory machinery, tools and equipment, arranging preventive maintenance.
• Lead on‑site joinery installation planning and execution across active projects.
• Coordinate installation teams, logistics and delivery of finished items from factory to site.
• Inspect installed joinery for fit, finish and compliance before handover.
• Troubleshoot on‑site fitting issues in collaboration with site engineers and project managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Carpentry or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing joinery/carpentry factories and site installations, preferably in fit‑out or interior contracting.
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials and manufacturing processes such as veneer, laminate, solid wood and MDF.
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings.
• Hands‑on experience leading installation teams and managing schedules.
• Demonstrated leadership and workforce management across factory and site environments.
• Familiarity with UAE health and safety standards for both factory and construction sites.
