Joinery Production Manager – Interior Fit‑Out

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Joinery Production Manager to lead our interior fit‑out workshop in Dubai. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high‑quality joinery work on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the joinery workshop and production team.
• Plan and schedule production activities according to project timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and design teams.
• Ensure production meets quality standards, specifications, and drawings.
• Monitor material usage, control waste and costs.
• Supervise CNC, cutting, edge‑banding, assembly and finishing machines.
• Oversee painting and polishing processes (spray paint, PU, polish, veneer finishing).
• Oversee upholstery work for sofas, panels, cushions and custom furniture.
• Guarantee timely delivery of joinery items to site.
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards in the workshop.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive efficiency improvements.
• Manage a workforce of carpenters, machine operators, polishers, painters and upholsterers.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in joinery production, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Proven background in interior fit‑out and custom furniture manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of wood materials, veneers, laminates, finishes and hardware.
• Experience handling factory production, manpower planning and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
