Jumbo Bag Stitching Operator

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Jumbo Bag Stitching Operator to join our manufacturing team in Fujairah. The role focuses on operating industrial sewing machines to produce high‑quality flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBCs) for sectors such as agriculture, chemicals and construction.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial stitching machines used for jumbo bag production.
• Inspect fabric, identify defects and ensure proper alignment before stitching.
• Perform stitching according to product specifications, including seam strength and stitch count.
• Carry out routine machine checks, basic maintenance and promptly report any malfunctions.
• Track production output to meet daily targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot stitching issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and handle materials safely.
• Assist with loading/unloading fabric rolls and keep the work area clean and organized.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience as a machine or stitching operator in a manufacturing or textile environment.
• Experience stitching jumbo bags or similar industrial fabric products.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings, work instructions and quality checklists.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
