Junior Account Manager – Creative & Digital Advertising

About the role

The Junior Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between MOTAD’s clients and its creative teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard. Based in Dubai, you will support a diverse portfolio of brands across healthcare, aesthetics, hospitality, retail and more.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, updating them on project status and gathering feedback.
• Coordinate internal tasks, assign work to creative staff, review deliverables and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Prepare project quotations, invoices and agreements, and manage the administrative flow of each account.
• Identify new business opportunities, nurture existing relationships and contribute to client acquisition efforts.
• Participate in client meetings, present concepts and recommendations, and assist in developing marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Graduation or MBA with 3‑4 years of experience in a creative or digital advertising agency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic is preferred; strong English proficiency required.
• Willingness to travel and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of advertising, sales and marketing principles.
• Experience in customer service and brand marketing.
