Junior Account Manager

About the role

As a Junior Account Manager at OLIVER, you will support the delivery of diverse advertising assets for a range of clients. You will act as the bridge between the client and the internal production team, ensuring projects run smoothly and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation of assets across retail, in‑store advertising, digital, social, OOH, DOOH and press under guidance of the Account Management team.
• Assist in project delivery, escalating issues and flagging risks to senior account managers.
• Plan and schedule projects efficiently to optimise resource use.
• Follow and implement best‑practice production processes within OLIVER and with clients.
• Interpret and adapt client briefs, clarifying requirements for the creative studio.
• Assist the Resource Manager with booking and scheduling.
• Brief the creative team, provide quality‑control support before client review, and help implement client amendments.
• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring final delivery of assets to clients and media partners.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality work and produce daily/weekly status reports.

Required profile

• Strong background in advertising campaign production.
• Ability to work occasionally on‑site with the team and clients.
• Proactive attitude with good problem‑identification skills.
