Junior Account Manager – Travel Industry

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking a Junior Account Manager to join its Dubai office, focusing on the travel industry. You will generate new business and provide first‑level support to existing clients, helping them leverage AI and automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, sales staff, and production teams worldwide.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met while delivering high‑quality results.
• Learn clients’ industry needs, identify new business opportunities, and provide consultative sales guidance.
• Develop enterprise proposals, negotiate budgets, schedules, and contract terms.
• Manage account financials, including billing setups, invoicing, and collections.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Digital teams, as well as internal Solutions Engineers and Delivery staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, “can‑do” attitude with effective time‑management and multitasking skills.
• High coachability and a drive to learn about AI, tech, and global content.
• Client servicing experience is a plus; Arabic speaking preferred.
