Junior Accountant Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Accountant who is fluent in Arabic and English to join our finance team in Sharjah. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates looking to start their career in accounting within a diversified construction group.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day accounting and finance activities.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts and maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Support bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
• Help prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
• Enter data and update accounting records in the ERP system.
• Organize supporting documents and assist with internal and external audit requirements.
• Follow company financial policies, procedures and applicable accounting standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting software.
