Junior Accountant (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Al Marwan Group is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant who is fluent in Arabic and English. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience who want to develop their accounting skills within a diversified organization operating across construction, oil & gas, real estate and hospitality sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day accounting and finance activities, including processing invoices, payments and receipts.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
• Enter and update data in the ERP/accounting system.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and applicable accounting standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy and analytical ability.
• Effective communication skills in both Arabic and English.
