Junior Audit Associate / Intern - Abu Dhabi

About the role

A growing professional services firm in Abu Dhabi is hiring a Junior Audit Associate / Intern to join its expanding audit team. It suits fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want practical audit experience alongside experienced auditors, managers and partners. The role covers external audit assignments across a range of industries, with structured training, mentorship and a clear career path.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing external audit engagements.
• Perform audit testing in line with IFRS and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Prepare audit working papers, financial schedules and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with clients to collect documents and follow up on outstanding information.
• Work with the audit team to complete engagements efficiently and on schedule.
• Take part in training and mentorship programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• CA, ACCA or CPA students, or fresh qualifiers are preferred.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of audit experience.
• Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining is preferred.
