DoubleVerify · Doubaï
Job description
About the role
DV is a digital performance solutions company that helps advertisers and agencies verify, optimise and prove the results of their digital campaigns using third-party data and analytics. As a Junior Client Partner in the Growth Accounts team (EMEA), you will join the Dubai hub as an early-career member, supporting a defined set of clients alongside a Senior Business Director and under the guidance of your Group Director. The role focuses on retaining and growing smaller or newly onboarded accounts and building the commercial skills and client relationships needed to progress to a full Client Partner role.
Key responsibilities
- Act as day-to-day point of contact for client queries and operational requests, and take ownership of a small number of smaller or newly onboarded accounts.
- Contribute to account plans by gathering data and insight, and flag opportunities to expand product adoption and grow share of client investment.
- Help track revenue, renewals and pipeline, and raise risks early with your Senior Business Director.
- Prepare for client meetings and business reviews, attend them, take notes and follow up on actions.
- Build relationships with day-to-day client contacts such as marketing and campaign managers, and work with agencies to keep DV's position consistent.
- Spot early signs of upsell, cross-sell or account risk and bring them to your Group Director with evidence.
- Work with colleagues in Agency Partnerships, Product Solutions & Enablement and other teams to resolve client needs.
- Keep account and pipeline records in Salesforce accurate and up to date.
- Learn DV's products and the digital advertising ecosystem through training, shadowing and feedback, and take part in client and industry events.
Required profile
- 1-3+ years of experience in digital media, adtech or a client-facing role such as account management, client services, sales support or media operations.
- Genuine interest in digital advertising and a developing understanding of programmatic, brand safety, measurement and verification.
- Existing regional experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication, good organisation and attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
What we offer
- Starting salary set according to qualifications, level, skills, experience, location and internal equity.
- Eligibility for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity and benefits.
- Hybrid setup with a minimum of 3 days in the office, with occasional travel to clients and colleagues in the region.
