Junior Front-End Developer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Front-End Developer to join our remote-first team. You will work closely with designers, marketers and senior developers to build responsive, user-friendly web experiences for healthcare and medical clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive websites and interfaces using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, scalable front-end code.
• Create and update landing pages, digital marketing assets and CMS-based sites.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and project managers to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Optimize site performance, speed, cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.
• Maintain WordPress sites, implement content updates and custom page templates.
• Identify and fix front-end bugs, conduct testing across devices and browsers.
• Stay current with modern front-end frameworks and best practices, and participate in code reviews.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance or personal projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities and good communication skills in a remote environment.

Required skills

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Basic knowledge of React or Vue (optional but a plus)
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• Familiarity with version control (Git)
• Use of design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
• Understanding of responsive, mobile-first development and SEO-friendly front-end practices
