Junior Frontend Developer (React)

About the role

Hantec Markets is seeking a motivated Junior Frontend Developer to join its technology team. You will work closely with senior engineers and the Lead Frontend Architect to build and maintain modern React‑based web applications that support client‑facing platforms and internal systems in a regulated fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript.
• Implement UX/UI designs with high attention to detail.
• Build reusable UI components following established frontend standards.
• Integrate applications with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Support websites and platforms powered by headless WordPress.
• Fix bugs, improve performance, and refactor existing code.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
• Follow best practices for performance, accessibility, and security.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of frontend development experience.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Practical experience with React.
• Basic knowledge of TypeScript or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with consuming REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.
• Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with traditional and headless WordPress, including the ACF framework.
