Junior Google Ads Specialist (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Google Ads Specialist to join our marketing team in Dubai. The role focuses on planning, launching and optimizing paid search and display campaigns to drive traffic and conversions for our tourism and visa services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max and Remarketing.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and audience targeting.
• Monitor performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS, and adjust bids and creatives to improve results.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad copy and assets.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
• Identify new growth opportunities and stay updated on the latest Google Ads features and best practices.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Search, Display, YouTube and Performance Max campaign types.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Google Ads certification is an advantage.
