Junior Graphic Designer – 4,000 AED/month – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our children’s entertainment company in Dubai. You will support the production of visual content for digital channels, social media, marketing campaigns and brand materials while exploring AI‑assisted design tools.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality graphics for social media, websites, presentations, brochures, flyers and other promotional assets.
• Develop and adapt visual content for digital advertising, banners and branded collateral.
• Maintain and evolve company brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Utilise AI‑powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI) to generate concepts, enhance images and streamline design workflows.
• Edit and retouch photos, videos and motion graphics as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media and management teams to deliver on‑brand creative output.
• Stay up‑to‑date with graphic design, social media and AI trends.

Required profile

• Previous graphic design experience through work, freelance projects or a strong portfolio.
• Degree, diploma or relevant qualification in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory and visual composition.
• Ability to produce content tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Good communication, organisational skills and capacity to work both independently and in a team.
