Junior Graphic Designer (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

This is a junior-level position split between two areas: creating photo and video content for social media and the website, and designing illustrations, product designs and packaging for the company's in-house collections. It suits someone organized with a sharp eye for detail, comfortable moving between shoots, edits and design work, and able to handle both creative projects and recurring, detail-driven tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot and edit photos and videos for social media and the website.
• Create illustrations, product designs and packaging artwork for the in-house collections.
• Amend designs and content after feedback, keeping accuracy and consistency across revisions.
• Support recurring day-to-day requests such as product shots, template posts and packaging variations.
• Organize and maintain a library of shoot files, design assets and finished content.
• Follow up with suppliers and printers on production and prototyping for packaging and product designs.
• Assist with styling and set-up for photo and video shoots.
• Work with the design and marketing team to align with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• 0-2 years of experience in graphic design or content creation; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in English and Arabic.
• Comfortable working independently with little supervision and meeting deadlines under pressure.

Required skills

• Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Premiere Pro or Lightroom is a plus.
• Comfortable shooting and editing photo and video content.

What we offer

• Office hours Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm, Friday 8am to 1pm, weekends off.
• Salary of 5,500 to 6,500 AED.
