Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

FIVE Hotels and Resorts is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer in Dubai. The role creates visual content for marketing materials, social media, online ads and promotional campaigns, works with the design team and collaborates with public relations, marketing and e-commerce colleagues. The group operates across hospitality, entertainment, real estate and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and execute creative portfolios for design team briefs.
• Create visuals for marketing materials such as social media, online ads and promotional materials.
• Elevate key visuals with animation and retouch photographs of facilities, rooms and dining concepts.
• Ensure all design materials follow brand guidelines and stay consistent across platforms.
• Collaborate with copywriters, photographers and other stakeholders to communicate the brand's vibe.
• Meet project deadlines and manage several projects at once.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or Animation preferred.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in design and marketing.
• Previous agency experience in lifestyle, beauty or fashion is advantageous.
• An impressive portfolio or show reel reflecting the brand ethos.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, After Effects, PowerPoint and/or Keynote.
• Photograph retouching and editing.
• Strong eye for detail, organisational and time-management skills.
