Junior HR Business Partner – Retail

About the role

The Junior HR Business Partner supports the HR function for Al-Futtaim's retail division. You will work closely with senior HR leaders to ensure smooth HR operations, from budgeting and reporting to talent acquisition and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in manpower budgeting, headcount tracking and preparation of HR data reports.
• Support recruitment for band G and below, manage requisitions in SuccessFactors and ensure hires are completed within 45 days.
• Review disciplinary cases, draft warning letters and maintain proper documentation.
• Train store admin teams on data‑keeping standards and ensure audit compliance.
• Conduct SAP checks, manage employment status changes and collaborate with line managers on transfers.

Required profile

• Generalist HR knowledge with ability to handle multiple HR priorities.
• Strong analytical skills for budgeting, reporting and data variance analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with managers, stores and HR teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight recruitment timelines.
