Junior Legal Counsel

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Junior Legal Counsel position is based in Dubai’s DIFC. You will support the ENATA Group Legal and Corporate Department by establishing effective contracting processes and ensuring accurate preparation and archiving of legal documents.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in negotiating and drafting commercial and vendor agreements.
• Establish and maintain scalable contracting processes and templates.
• Provide administrative support for legal documentation.
• Assist with corporate initiatives such as litigation, corporate matters, and trademarks.
• Participate in developing company policies on legal issues.
• Support compliance projects and conduct legal research.
• Provide updates on applicable laws and regulations.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders under the guidance of legal counsel.
• Offer administrative assistance within the Corporate and Legal Team.
• Lead or assist special projects as required by the team.
• Prepare presentations and reports, including market research, analysis, and trend summaries.
• Stay updated on legal regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
