Junior Marketing Executive

About the role

NH Management is looking for a proactive, organised Junior Marketing Executive to support day‑to‑day marketing and communications activities. The role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of hands‑on marketing experience who can work independently and handle a variety of digital tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Support B2B content creation, social media scheduling, and maintain the marketing calendar.
• Create and adapt social media posts and marketing assets in Canva, ensuring brand consistency.
• Assist with email campaign creation, audience segmentation, and CRM maintenance.
• Upload and format website content, perform basic on‑page SEO, and coordinate minor website updates.
• Collect performance data, prepare regular reports, and identify basic trends.
• Conduct competitor and industry research, and coordinate with external designers and vendors.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant marketing, digital marketing or communications experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, resource‑ful attitude.

Required skills

• Working proficiency in Canva and basic graphic design.
• Good visual judgement and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, CRM systems and content management systems.
• Basic analytical skills for interpreting marketing data.
• Understanding of basic SEO principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
