About the role
A Junior Planning Engineer is needed in the Project Management department in Abu Dhabi. The role develops, monitors and controls project schedules and resources so that projects are delivered on time and efficiently, while supporting project teams with planning analysis, progress tracking and risk identification.
Key responsibilities
- Collect progress data from project teams and verify its accuracy
- Support tracking of manpower, material and resource allocation against the schedule
- Take part in planning meetings and record action items
- Maintain documentation of schedules, revisions and planning records
- Help identify potential delays and highlight risks to the Planning Engineer or Project Manager
- Update schedules regularly based on site progress and engineering inputs
Required profile
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, etc.)
- 1-3 years of experience
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
