About the role
INFINITY Developments is seeking a Junior Procurement Administrator to join its Dubai office. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the procurement team by handling administrative tasks, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the end‑to‑end procurement process, including vendor liaison and order tracking.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, invoices, and supporting documentation.
- Support the preparation and analysis of procurement data for decision‑making.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any procurement‑related queries.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate procurement data.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of financial principles for invoice handling and cost analysis.
- Prior experience in procurement or administrative support is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
