Junior Public Relations Account Manager

About the role

Katch is looking for a proactive Junior Public Relations Account Manager to join its communications team. You will act as the main liaison for clients, develop tailored PR strategies, and lead the execution of campaigns that drive brand visibility and meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing strategic PR guidance and customized solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and launch innovative PR initiatives aligned with client objectives.
• Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring consistent communication, timely delivery of services, and high satisfaction.
• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of PR campaigns, including media relations, influencer outreach, events, and content creation.
• Track and analyze KPI performance, adjusting tactics to exceed media coverage, social engagement, and client satisfaction goals.
• Support new‑business development by identifying growth opportunities and contributing to pitch presentations.
• Mentor junior team members, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative, creative work environment.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of PR experience managing project‑based and retainer accounts, preferably in sectors such as luxury, hospitality, F&B, real estate, retail, events, corporate or tech.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs and delivering measurable results.
